Dr. Surya Sudhakaran is the founder and senior physiotherapist at Liv Fit Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Centre, bringing over 20 years of experience in the field of physiotherapy. She earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B.P.Th) from Pune in 2005 and began her career in Mumbai, where she worked across various hospitals and clinics for eight years, gaining extensive clinical expertise. Driven by a commitment to advancing her treatment approaches, Dr. Surya pursued and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Montana University, USA. She is also a Credentialed McKenzie Therapist, trained in the internationally recognised McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT)—a scientifically proven approach for the effective treatment of spinal and joint disorders.. Her areas of expertise include managing musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, women’s health, geriatric rehabilitation, and a wide range of pain-related disorders. Dr. Surya is known for her patient-centred care and dedication to delivering effective, science-backed physiotherapy solutions.
